The 3rd Design Public Exhibition and Seminar hosted by Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy (MOCIE) and organized by Korean Institut of Design Promotion(KIDP) has been opened on 1st October 2007 at the National Assemby Building.
David-Pierre Jalicon, architect D.P.L.G and president of D.P.J & Partners, presented his seminar report titled "Public Space : More Than Facilities" below a theme, Efficient Plicies For Revitalisation of Public Design and Successful Case during one hour. This report contained as exemple "Rail Art","Aqua Art Bridge","State Bridge","SK Oryukdo","the study of Itaewon Street".
Other conferenciers, Young-Soon Park(professor of Yonsei), Kazuo Tanaka(president of GK Design), Naoyuki Kuniyoshi(executive urban designer of city of Yokohama) have been present for this seminar. |
